Live Mighty Strength is open ended fitness model in a perpetual state of refinement. Our primary goal is keeping our bodies strong, lean, healthy, and in motion.
We focus on training only inherently safe and compound body movements. Examples of these movements include squatting, pushing, pulling, and deadlifting, and carrying. These compound movements are extremely valuable because they use most muscle groups in our bodies at once and, as a result, burn more calories, build more strength, and develop healthier hearts and lungs than their isolated movement counterparts.
Within these compound movements are endless exercise-variations and repetition/time schemes to effectively manage sustainable volume and intensity, prevent boredom and accommodation, and keep clients looking forward to their next session.
